The Comparaisons Art Salon, founded in 1956, is a key component of Art Capital—one of the major artistic events held at the Grand Palais in Paris.

This salon stands out for its unique structure, organized into groups that reflect various trends in contemporary art, encouraging a respectful and enriching dialogue between different artistic approaches.

At the 2025 edition of Art Capital, the group led by Joël Crespin presented a series of portraits, showcasing works marked by unbridled creativity and refined sensitivity.

Svetlana Arefiev exhibited her work titled "Tubes of Life":
a scroll measuring 1.5 x 10 meters, created with colored pencils and ink on paper.
