General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – Artigora
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the sale of original works of art offered on the website of the online art gallery Artigora (hereinafter the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, browsing the artworks, and placing an order, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these GTC.

2. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of works of art by Artigora to private and professional customers worldwide.
3. Acceptance of the GTC
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Artworks Offered for Sale
The artworks available for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of consultation, excluding those marked as “Sold.”
In the case of a temporary exhibition (art fair, salon, private exhibition), an artwork may be reserved, with final confirmation of availability after the event.
Each artwork is accompanied by a detailed description prepared by the artist or the gallery, as well as a certificate of authenticity provided upon delivery or collection.
5. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are calculated individually according to the destination and method of transport and are communicated prior to final order confirmation.
Prices may be revised at any time; however, the artwork will be invoiced based on the price in force at the time the order is placed.
6. Orders
An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or upon acceptance of an installment payment agreement.
Ownership and risk are transferred to the buyer at the moment the buyer takes physical possession of the artwork.
In the case of a reservation linked to an exhibition, the sale becomes final at the end of the exhibition, subject to payment.
7. Payment
Accepted methods of payment:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Bank transfer (please contact the gallery)
Klarna (installment payments, subject to approval)
iDeal (installment payments, subject to approval)
Full payment must be received before shipment or handover of the artwork.
8. Delivery
Worldwide delivery to the address indicated at the time of the order.
Shipping time: 6–21 days, depending on the delivery zone.
Transport Damage
The customer must inspect the condition of the packaging and the artwork upon delivery.
Any anomaly or damage must be reported to ARTIGORA within 48 hours of receipt and supported by photographic evidence.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the artwork to withdraw from the purchase without justification or penalty.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned artwork.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer must notify ARTIGORA of their decision to withdraw in writing (by email) before the expiry of this period.

Return Conditions
The artwork must be returned:
in perfect condition, without damage, alteration, or signs of use;
in its original packaging or in packaging providing equivalent protection;
with all elements supplied at the time of delivery.
ARTIGORA reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction in the event of damage to the artwork.
Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The customer remains responsible for the artwork until it is received by ARTIGORA.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
artworks created to order or made specifically for the customer;
artworks modified or personalized at the customer’s request;
digital artworks or digital files (where applicable) once delivery has begun.
Professional Customers
Purchases made by professional customers are not subject to the right of withdrawal, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Legal Warranties
Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years from delivery
Warranty against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery of the defect
11. Intellectual Property
All artworks are protected by copyright law.
The buyer acquires ownership of the physical artwork only; reproduction and representation rights remain the exclusive property of the artist.
Preventive conservation and restoration are the responsibility of the owner or, in the case of a deposit, the designated custodian.
The artist’s moral rights include:
the right of authorship (crediting the artist’s name);
the right to respect for the integrity of the artwork (prohibition of modification or alteration).
12. Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
